Zhongtuo Successfully Secures Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine Order from Azerbaijan Client

Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. is honored to announce that we have successfully signed a new contract with an important customer in Azerbaijan to provide one of our most sought-after equipment, the step-type roof panel glazed tile roll forming machine.

After several rounds of technical negotiations, video demonstrations and equipment layout customization, the deal was finalized on June 25, 2025. This Azerbaijani customer is a well-known company in the local building materials and construction industry. After evaluating the quality, performance and after-sales service of multiple suppliers, it finally chose Zhongtuo.
The equipment is specially designed with high-quality pre-coated steel coils to produce stunning step-type metal roof tiles. It combines the beauty and durability of metal roofing, making it an ideal choice for high-end residential and villa projects.

The machine is equipped with a manual unwinder, film protection system, and fully automatic step profiling and cutting functions. Cutting accuracy of up to ±1.5 mm ensures consistent product quality.

The entire production line will be produced and tested at Zhongtuo’s factory in China, with delivery scheduled for early Q3 2025. We will provide technical training and remote guidance to ensure smooth installation and commissioning at the customer’s site.
