This is the open tube forming machine we custom-made for an Italian customer. The finished product is round pipes with seams but no welding. However, these pipes have very strict precision requirements, and the allowable error is extremely small.
Through the efforts of our engineers in research and development, this machine completed the test smoothly and successfully in one go.
The feeding of this equipment adopts the sliding roller supporting material, the upper and lower clamping rollers protect the material.

The structure of the forming machine of this open tube-forming machine is different from that of other machines. To facilitate the replacement of rollers when customers change models, we have adopted the structure of the spiral arm. The lock cap can be easily opened, making it convenient to change the roller model. The integral box body with gear transmission has a stable structure and can meet the high-speed operation of the equipment.
Although this finished product is a round pipe with a diameter of only 10 millimeters, we have all completed it with the configuration of a high-speed pipe welding machine. Install a Turkey head to straighten it, which is used to solve the re-straightening of the round pipe.
We adopted a burr-free cutting method and installed a pneumatic clamp. After clamping, the round pipe was firmly fixed in this position.
After cutting, there will be no burrs on the cut ports, and the finished products can be directly applied. The customer does not need to conduct secondary processing on the finished product.
In addition, we have also installed an automatic sliding device for finished products, which is equivalent to a storage box.
When the open pipe machine is in operation, it can run fully automatically without workers' assistance.
